Drive yourself or with a driver
The Hyundai H-1 has 9 seats and is driven on a normal category B licence. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has 19 seats. A vehicle with more than 8 passenger seats needs a bus licence (category D or D1), so the Sprinter is rented with our driver only.
Groups and luggage
With a full group on board the Sprinter takes about 12 large suitcases. For a smaller group with a lot of luggage the H-1 or the Mercedes-Benz V-Class is the easier choice.
Day trips
With a driver you can plan Kazbegi, Kakheti or the run from Tbilisi to Batumi without anyone in the group driving. The driver works up to 8 hours a day; tell us the route when you book.
Minibus rental questions
Do I need a special licence for the Sprinter?
You do not drive it. The Sprinter is rented with our driver, because a vehicle with more than 8 passenger seats needs a category D or D1 licence. The 9 seat Hyundai H-1 can be driven on a normal category B licence.
How much does a minibus with a driver cost?
The daily price on the Sprinter page already includes the driver for up to 8 hours a day. Longer rentals cost less per day, and you pay at pickup.
Can the minibus meet our group at the airport?
Yes. The driver meets you at Tbilisi, Kutaisi or Batumi airport. Add the flight number on the booking form.
Can we take the minibus on a day trip?
Yes, on paved roads: Kazbegi in summer, Kakheti, Borjomi or Batumi. Tell us the route when you book so we can plan the driver's day.
