How renting a car with us works

From choosing the car to returning it, this is the whole process. No prepayment, no card hold, no surprises at the counter.

    Choose the car and dates

    Browse the cars and pick one that fits your route. Hybrids are the cheapest for cities, AWD SUVs suit Kazbegi and Svaneti, and 4x4s handle gravel valleys. The daily price drops for rentals of 4, 8 and 15 days or more.

    Send the booking request

    Fill in the short form with your name, phone and email. You do not pay anything and you do not enter card details. Add extras such as a child seat or zero excess insurance if you need them.

    Get the confirmation

    We check availability and confirm by email or WhatsApp, usually within an hour. If your flight is delayed, we see it and wait.

    Meet us at arrivals or your hotel

    We meet you in the arrivals hall at Tbilisi, Kutaisi or Batumi airport, or bring the car to your hotel. Bring your passport and driving licence; a licence in a non-Latin alphabet needs an International Driving Permit.

    Check the car and pay

    We walk around the car together and photograph any existing marks. Then you pay the rental in cash (GEL, USD, EUR) or by card and drive off.

    Return the car

    Bring it back to the agreed place with the same fuel level. We check it together, and any deposit is returned on the spot.

Questions and answers

How quickly do you confirm a booking request?

Usually within an hour, by email or WhatsApp. The confirmation includes the car, the meeting point and the total you pay at pickup.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing changes for you. Add your flight number to the booking: we follow the flight and wait in the arrivals hall, whether you land early or late.

What do I need to bring when I pick up the car?

Your passport or ID card and your driving licence. If the licence is not written in Latin letters, bring an International Driving Permit as well. You pay the rental at pickup in cash or by card.

Can someone else drive the rental car?

Yes, if they are added as an additional driver for 15 GEL a day. They must be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury and sports cars) and have held a licence for at least 1 year.

How do I return the car?

Bring it to the agreed airport or hotel with the same fuel level as at pickup. We check it together and return any deposit on the spot. Up to one hour late is free.
