About the Toyota Sienna
The Toyota Sienna is a full-size minivan with eight seats, sliding doors on both sides and a 3.5 V6 petrol engine driving the front wheels through an automatic gearbox. With every seat in use it still takes four large suitcases, and it uses about 11.0 L per 100 km. It drives like a big, comfortable car rather than a van, so it feels familiar from the first kilometre.
It is made for a family of six to eight landing in Tbilisi, or for two families sharing one car on a road trip: the Kakheti wine villages, the 370 km drive to Batumi, or a summer day on the Georgian Military Highway to Kazbegi. Grandparents and small children climb in easily through the wide sliding doors. As a front-wheel-drive minivan it stays on paved roads, so for snowy passes in winter take the Mitsubishi Delica D:5, which has four-wheel drive.
Tip: with all eight seats in use, soft bags pack in more easily than hard cases; if your group has nine people or a big suitcase each, the Hyundai H-1 carries seven large suitcases.

Where you can drive it
Approved for all paved roads in Georgia: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Kakheti and the Georgian Military Highway to Kazbegi in summer. Not suitable for gravel mountain tracks; for Svaneti or Kazbegi in winter choose an AWD car.

Can I drive the Toyota Sienna to Kazbegi, Gudauri or Svaneti?
