The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the flagship of our sedans: a 3.0 petrol engine, rear-wheel drive and an automatic gearbox, with fuel use of about 9.5 L per 100 km. It seats five, takes three large suitcases and has a rear seat made for long, quiet journeys. Drivers must be aged 25 or older with a licence held for at least 3 years.
Rent an S-Class in Tbilisi to collect a guest at Tbilisi airport, for a day of meetings, or as the couple's car on a wedding day, when our driver takes the bride and groom from home to the church and on to the supra; see our wedding cars. It is just as relaxed on the highway to Batumi or a paved drive to the Kakheti wineries. As a rear-wheel-drive sedan approved for paved roads, it is not the car for gravel or winter mountain passes.
Tip: for snowy days or a trip to Gudauri, the BMW 7 Series gives you the same class of comfort with all-wheel drive.

Where you can drive it
Approved for all paved roads in Georgia: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Kakheti and the Georgian Military Highway to Kazbegi in summer. Not suitable for gravel mountain tracks; for Svaneti or Kazbegi in winter choose an AWD car.

The 7 Series has all-wheel drive and is approved for routes such as Kazbegi and Gudauri in any season, while the rear-wheel-drive S-Class is approved for paved roads and is best kept out of winter snow. Both seat five and take three large suitcases, and the 7 Series costs a little less per day.
