About the Toyota Prius C (Aqua)
The Toyota Aqua is the small hybrid known as the Prius c in North America. Its 1.5 hybrid system uses about 4.0 L per 100 km, the lowest figure on our list, and its short body fits parking spaces that larger sedans have to pass by. There are five seats, but the trunk takes one large suitcase, so it suits two people traveling with carry-on bags.
Rent an Aqua in Georgia if your plan is cities and paved roads: landing on a low-cost flight at Kutaisi airport, a few days in Batumi, or an afternoon trip from Tbilisi to Mtskheta. A summer run to Kazbegi is fine on the paved highway. It is not a car for gravel tracks, winter mountain passes or a family with full-size luggage.
Tip: if you need room for a second suitcase, the Toyota Prius gives you the same hybrid economy with a bigger hatch.

Toyota Prius C (Aqua): questions and answers
How much does it cost to rent a Toyota Prius C (Aqua) in Tbilisi?
The Toyota Prius C (Aqua) costs 65 GEL a day for 1 to 3 days, 62 GEL a day for 4 to 7 days, 59 GEL for 8 to 14 days and 55 GEL for 15 days or more. Unlimited mileage, basic insurance (CDW) and delivery to Tbilisi, Kutaisi or Batumi airport are included, and you pay at pickup.
Can I drive the Toyota Prius C (Aqua) to Kazbegi, Gudauri or Svaneti?
Yes in the warm months: the roads to Kazbegi (Stepantsminda) and Mestia are paved. In winter, when the Jvari Pass and Gudauri can be under snow, choose an AWD or 4x4 car instead. The Toyota Prius C (Aqua) is not made for gravel valleys such as Truso or Juta.
How many people and suitcases fit in the Toyota Prius C (Aqua)?
The Toyota Prius C (Aqua) has 5 seats and 5 doors. With all seats in use the boot takes one large suitcase plus small bags, so it suits couples best. For more luggage see our sedans and SUVs.
Is there a deposit for the Toyota Prius C (Aqua)?
No. The Toyota Prius C (Aqua) has no security deposit and nothing is blocked on your card. You pay the rental at pickup, in cash (GEL, USD, EUR) or by card.
How much fuel does the Toyota Prius C (Aqua) use?
About 4 litres per 100 km with its 1.5 hybrid engine. The fuel policy is same to same: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full.
Where can I pick up the Toyota Prius C (Aqua)?
At Tbilisi, Kutaisi or Batumi airport, where we meet you in the arrivals hall, or at your hotel in Tbilisi or Batumi. Delivery is free; returning the car in another city has a fixed one-way fee shown in the booking summary.
Prius C (Aqua) or the regular Prius: which hybrid should I rent in Georgia?
Choose the Aqua for one or two people with light luggage and mostly city driving, and the Toyota Prius if you carry more bags or plan long highway days. Both are self-charging hybrids approved for paved roads. The Aqua is shorter, easier to park and uses a little less fuel, while the Prius has a roomier back seat and a hatch that takes two large suitcases instead of one.
Is the small Toyota Aqua easy to park in Tbilisi and Batumi?
Yes, the Aqua is the easiest car in our fleet to park. It is the shortest car we offer, so it fits the small gaps along the streets of Old Tbilisi, Vake and central Batumi that larger sedans have to pass by. At parking speeds it often moves on electric power alone, quietly and smoothly. Park only where it is allowed, since fines are linked to the number plate and forwarded to you.
